Absolute Movement - Sports Massage Therapy

VERVE Muscle Recovery is a clinical athletic recovery clinic in Logan, Utah, serving athletes across Cache Valley. We combine hands-on manual therapy with recovery technology to fix the root cause of pain and help you perform. Our core treatment is DNR™ (Dynamic Neurofascial Reprogramming), a sports massage and manual therapy approach that releases protective muscle guarding and restores how you move, with Graston (IASTM) when needed. We pair it with full-body red light therapy, Rapid Reboot compression boots and mild hyperbaric oxygen therapy (mHBOT). We work with high school, college, endurance and strength athletes. New clients start with a quick intro call.

At Muscle Rehabilitation and Wellness we specialize in advanced therapeutic and sports massage designed to enhance athletic performance, accelerate injury recovery, and support overall musculoskeletal health. We believe that targeted bodywork is an essential component of any active lifestyle, whether you are a competitive athlete or someone experiencing everyday postural tension. We understand that every body moves differently. By integrating a deep understanding of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology, our therapists tailor each session to meet your specific functional and recovery needs. Our goal-driven approach helps alleviate chronic pain, restore range of motion, and prevent future injuries before they happen.
