Hi my name is Sarah! I am a licensed massage therapist, where I’ve been trained in Swedish, Deep tissue, trigger point/neuromuscular, cranial sacral, hot stones, joint mobalization, lymph, and more. Outside of school, I love hiking with my dog kealani, hammocking, playing instruments, traveling, listening to music, and playing sports. I chose the name Kalani Balance because I believe balance is essential. Between work and rest, movement and stillness, and caring for others while remembering to care for yourself. My goal is to use everything I know to help people find peace within their own bodies to keep doing what they love.
