With over 8,000 registrations in the past year, Friday Night Flag is one of the largest youth flag football leagues in the West. Our league spans several locations, including Boise, Meridian, Nampa, Pocatello, Idaho Falls -- and now Cache Valley. Get ready for the ultimate experience, played Under the Lights on Friday Nights!™ Friday Night Flag is an NFL Flag-affiliated league open to boys and girls, from Pre-K to 8th grade (4-14). Our games are 5 vs. 5 with 8-10 players on each team. We partner with local food vendors and businesses.
