🚨 Leadership Transition at Cache Valley Hospital 🚨

It’s a bittersweet moment for Cache Valley Hospital as we say goodbye to our CEO, Blake Rose, who will be moving on to a new leadership role at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center.

Since August 2022, Blake has led with purpose, compassion, and an unwavering commitment to our mission: Above all else, we are committed to the care and improvement of human life.

His leadership has left a lasting impact on our colleagues, patients, and the Cache Valley community.

While we will miss him dearly, we know he will continue to make a difference in Idaho Falls. Thank you, Blake, for your dedication and vision!
